About Romee:
After graduating as an actress from Theaterschool Rotterdam, she was asked to help assist on a TV production by a close friend as a way to kill some time in the summer vacation.
On the set of “Het Verborgen Eiland” she discovered she felt just as comfortable behind the scenes as she was being in the spotlight, and maybe even more so. Her interest was piqued and after the production was finished she successfully applied for a job on another TV series; “t Schaep met de 5 Pooten”. Her new found passion made her take a new direction in life, she no longer wanted to be an actress, but become a great setdresser.
Having a background as an actress she knows exactly how to handle actors/actresses and help them focus on their performance. Attention to detail and guarding the art directors vision while still honouring the directors whishes’ makes her a real asset on set. Over the years Romee has been given a lot of great opportunities working as a setdresser on several TV-series and feature films.
